Turmeric Slim Chai Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tea bags Lifestyle Awareness Turmeric Slim Chai Tea
  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp Tadin turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • optional ingredients: pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Add 4 Lifestyle Awareness Turmeric Slim Chai tea bags to a mug, pour in the boiling water, cover and let steep for 4 minutes.
  2. When the tea has finished steeping, remove the tea bags and let cool to room temperature.
  3. Add the tea and the remainder of the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Note: For a sweeter sip, add a teaspoon of maple syrup or organic honey.
