- 1/2 cup water
- 4 tea bags Lifestyle Awareness Turmeric Slim Chai Tea
- 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp Tadin turmeric powder
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- optional ingredients: pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds
- Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Add 4 Lifestyle Awareness Turmeric Slim Chai tea bags to a mug, pour in the boiling water, cover and let steep for 4 minutes.
- When the tea has finished steeping, remove the tea bags and let cool to room temperature.
- Add the tea and the remainder of the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Note: For a sweeter sip, add a teaspoon of maple syrup or organic honey.
