- Cleanse your face and pat it dry.
- Heat water to a boil. Pour into a heat proof bowl. Add 2-3 Turmeric Detox Tea Bags and any additional herbs or citrus fruit (we recommend orange or lemon slices and dried rose buds).
- Lean over the bowl so that your face is above it and drape a towel over your head to make a tent. Take deep breathes and enjoy the aroma until the tea has cooled (approx. 5-8 minutes).
- Repeat first step once you’ve finished your steam.
Note: Best to do this steam on a cold, windy day to hydrate your skin.
