- 1 cup milk (whole milk or cashew milk recommended)
- 4 Lifestyle Awareness Organic Peppermint Tea bags
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extra
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Heat 1 cup of milk to a strong simmer (but do not boil).
- Remove milk from heat and add Lifestyle Awareness Peppermint Tea bags. Cover and steep for 10 min.
- While tea steeps, add honey and vanilla extract to a blender.
- When the tea has finished steeping, remove the tea bags and pour peppermint infused milk into blender.
- Blend on high until frothy. Pour into a mug and enjoy while warm.
Note: Top with edible lavender for a calming latte or cocoa powder for an indulgent treat!
