Organic Peppermint Latte


  • 1 cup milk (whole milk or cashew milk recommended)
  • 4 Lifestyle Awareness Organic Peppermint Tea bags
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extra
  • 2 teaspoons honey


  1. Heat 1 cup of milk to a strong simmer (but do not boil).
  2. Remove milk from heat and add Lifestyle Awareness Peppermint Tea bags. Cover and steep for 10 min.
  3. While tea steeps, add honey and vanilla extract to a blender.
  4. When the tea has finished steeping, remove the tea bags and pour peppermint infused milk into blender.
  5. Blend on high until frothy. Pour into a mug and enjoy while warm.

Note: Top with edible lavender for a calming latte or cocoa powder for an indulgent treat!
