Ingredients:
- ¾ cup cashew milk (unsweetened)
- 2 Lifestyle Awareness Green Tea Bags
- 1 cup spinach
- ¼ cup fresh mint
- 1 frozen banana (break banana into pieces then freeze)
- 2 ice cubes
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
- Heat cashew milk to a simmer.
- Add two Lifestyle Awareness Green Tea Bags in a mug and pour in warmed milk. Let steep for 3 minutes.
- Remove green tea bags and place tea-infused milk in freezer until chilled.
- Once tea has cooled, add spinach, frozen banana, mint, ice cubes, vanilla extract, and tea-infused milk into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and pour into two glasses –garnish with fresh mint.
