- Almond milk or Coconut milk
- 3 bags of Lifestyle Awareness Organic Peppermint Tea
- Handful of Spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 frozen banana
- Bring one cup of almond milk or coconut milk to a rapid simmer.
- Turn off the heat and add in 3 bags of Lifestyle Awareness Peppermint Tea.
- Let steep for 3 minutes, remove the bags and cool to room temp (for faster cooling pour into cup and place in the freezer).
- Once cooled, add the tea infused milk, large handful of spinach, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, 1 frozen banana, 3 ice cubes to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
