Mint-Tea Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Almond milk or Coconut milk
  • 3 bags of Lifestyle Awareness Organic Peppermint Tea
  • Handful of Spinach
  • Ice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 frozen banana

Directions:

  1. Bring one cup of almond milk or coconut milk to a rapid simmer.
  2. Turn off the heat and add in 3 bags of Lifestyle Awareness Peppermint Tea.
  3. Let steep for 3 minutes, remove the bags and cool to room temp (for faster cooling pour into cup and place in the freezer).
  4. Once cooled, add the tea infused milk, large handful of spinach, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, 1 frozen banana, 3 ice cubes to a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Serve immediately.
