Hibiscus Turmeric Fruit Pops
  • ¾ cup water
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh or frozen mango
  • 2 tablespoons honey (divided)
  • 3 Lifestyle Awareness Turmeric Detox Balance tea bags
  • ½ cup chopped fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 3 Lifestyle Awareness Hibiscus Cleanse tea bags
(Note: if using frozen fruit, allow time to slightly thaw but still have a chill)
  1. Bring ¾ of a cup of water to a boil. While water heats, place 3 Turmeric Detox Balance bags in a mug and 3 Hibiscus Cleanse bags in another mug.
  2. Pour ¼ cup plus 2 tbsps of boiling water into each mug, cover and steep for 6 min. Once tea is ready, remove bags, stir 1 tbsp of honey into each mug, and place them in the freezer until tea is cold.
  3. Remove Turmeric Detox Balance tea and place in refrigerator to maintain cool temp. Blend chilled Hibiscus Cleanse tea and frozen strawberries until smooth.
  4. Divide mixture among 4 popsicle molds, place in freezer for approx. 30-45 minutes to set first layer.
  5. Once set, blend mango and chilled Turmeric Detox Balance tea until smooth. Top off each popsicle mold and place in freezer for 20 min.
  6. Remove popsicles from freezer and insert popsicle stick into the Turmeric mango layer. Freeze until solid (6-8 hours).
Note: Dip each popsicle into chili powder and serve for a tangy treat!
